- Chinese CSC — full funding at 280+ universities; apply September–March.
- DAAD (Germany) & Erasmus Mundus (EU) — program-specific full funding for Master's.
- Commonwealth Shared Scholarships (UK) — full Master's funding for development-related fields.
Tier 2: University merit scholarships (very winnable)
Most UK universities offer £2,000–£5,000 automatic international scholarships; US universities routinely award $10,000–$25,000/year on merit. Strong SOP + early application = money. No separate essay in most cases.
Tier 3: Automatic & regional discounts
Early-bird discounts, alumni family discounts, South Asia bursaries, full/partial application-fee waivers. Small individually, meaningful combined — we stack these for every student by default.
