Counseling, university shortlisting and applications to our partner universities are free for students — partner universities pay us a placement fee after you enroll, which does not increase your tuition. Costs you do pay: university/embassy fees, English tests, and optional premium services (e.g., non-partner applications) which we quote transparently in advance.

Yes. Most of our students are counseled entirely online — WhatsApp, Zoom and email. Documents are shared digitally; originals are only needed at visa stage. Our team serves students in every city of Pakistan and overseas.

Ideally 8–12 months before your target intake: Germany and scholarship applications need the longest runway; the UK can sometimes be done in 3–4 months. The golden rule: apply early, get the best scholarship consideration and visa appointment slots.

Not always. Many UK universities accept PTE, Oxford ELLT, Duolingo or their own online tests, and some waive English tests based on your academic background. Malaysia and China often admit without IELTS. For Canada, Australia and the USA, a formal test (IELTS/PTE/TOEFL) is strongly recommended. We advise the cheapest acceptable route for your shortlist.

Almost always, yes. Foundation years, top-up degrees, pathway programs and universities with flexible entry cover most low-grade cases. Study gaps of even 5+ years are acceptable when explained with work experience or genuine reasons. Be honest in the assessment and we will build the case properly.

Germany (public universities, near-zero tuition) if you can fund the €11,904 blocked account; then China and Türkiye with scholarships; then Malaysia for low fees plus low living costs. "Cheapest" also depends on your field and whether you qualify for scholarships — the assessment tells you exactly.

Funds can often be in a parent or sponsor's account with a relationship proof. We plan this with you months in advance — funds history is the #1 refusal reason.

Realistic wins: automatic merit awards at UK/US partner universities (£2,000–£5,000 or $10,000–$25,000), Türkiye Burslari, Chinese CSC, DAAD (Germany), Erasmus Mundus (EU), Chevening and Commonwealth (UK, competitive), Fulbright (USA, very competitive). Our success rate is high because we refuse to file weak cases — but nobody can "guarantee" a visa, and you should walk away from any agent who does. What we guarantee: a complete, truthful, professionally prepared file, and honest advice if your case needs strengthening first.

Usually yes. We analyze the refusal letter, fix the actual weakness (funds trail, study plan logic, ties to Pakistan), and either reapply or pivot to a country where your profile is strong. Refusals are recoverable when handled honestly.

Depends on country and course level: UK allows dependants for PhD/research programs (and government-funded students); Canada allows spouses for Master's/PhD (open work permit); Australia allows dependants for Master's by coursework and above. Rules change frequently — ask us for the current position before planning.

Yes in all major destinations: UK 20 hrs/week, Canada 24 hrs/week, Australia 48 hrs/fortnight, USA 20 hrs/week on-campus, Germany 120 full days/year. Part-time income helps with living costs but should never be your tuition plan — visa officers check this logic.
